“If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don’t! If you want to win, but think you can’t, it’s almost a cinch you won’t. If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost; for out in the world, we find success begins with a fellow’s will; it’s all in the state of the mind. Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger and faster man, but sooner or later, the man who wins is the man who thinks he can.” Walter D. Wintle, Poet
"We believe that PEOPLE make the difference - both our clients and our employees." This is the last sentence in our mission statement. It's the core philosophy from which we run the business, and I believe it is what separates us from our competitors. If you ask those within our company, our clients, or our vendors, I would hope that they would all agree that we have a very special and unique culture. Our culture starts with making decisions based with the individual in mind instead of numbers, bureaucracy, or hierarchy.
Now that 2013 is in full swing, we hope your year is shaping up to be a fruitful one. We are certainly thankful that many of our service offerings are seeing a steady uptick in demand. Private development overall seems to have become a bit more stable with an improving economy and a decline in political and tax uncertainty. Those in central and south Texas should see a continued economic boost for quite awhile due to the amount of oil and gas activity.
