Mr. Strimple has over 30 years of experience providing design, contract and construction administration for municipal projects and river improvements projects.

Mr. Strimple was employed with the City of San Antonio Capital Programs Division as Project Manager. With nearly 15 years of experience dealing with flood events, water rights, reservoir design, and other water issues during his employment with the GBRA, the City of San Antonio thrust Mr. Strimple into the City’s flood damaged property buyout program as well as evaluating the needs for a regional storm water program. Near the end of his tenure with the City, Mr. Strimple was promoted to be the Acting Capital Program Manager, overseeing all of the Capital Projects associated with the Division.

As the Senior Engineer with the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority and subsequently, Project Manager for the City of San Antonio, he has designed and managed numerous Capital Improvement Programs. He understands the complexities involved in keeping community development block grant projects funded and on track. Mr. Strimple’s primary responsibilities have involved design and project/construction management of roads, bridges, water distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment, storm water detention, flood studies, reservoirs, roadways and sidewalk improvements.

Relevant Project Experience

In each of the projects listed below, Strimple has dealt with City and County officials, TCEQ Dam Safety Team, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, GBRA, Texas Water Development Board, FEMA and other governmental organizations as well as managing the construction process from start to completion.

An electrical engineer by trade, Mr. Meuth has over 25 years of experience with electric utilities, industrial and commercial clients throughout the Southwest.

An electrical engineer by trade, Mr. Meuth has over 25 years of experience with electric utilities, industrial and commercial clients throughout the Southwest.

Brian’s broad engineering knowledge base is the cornerstone of M&S Engineering’s electrical capabilities; he is just as adept in the engineering requirements of a high voltage substation as he is in the nuances of commercial buildings and all the system requirements in between.

As president and co-founder he was and continues to be a guiding force behind the company’s direction and focus. He remains a hands-on leader, resident expert in many fields and is constantly seeking to expand the service offerings to our clients.

Mr. Meuth holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University and Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a licensed engineer in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas and Arizona. Brian is also a licensed Master Electrician, and is an active member of the Society of Professional Engineers and IEEE.
