Q: Where were you born and raised?
A: I was born in Chickasaw, Alabama, where I lived until I was eight. My family then moved to South America where we lived in different places including Panama, Brazil, Peru, and Mexico until I was twenty-two. My parents job was to look for good locations to build paper mills for Panama International Paper.
Q: What does your job entail?
A: Analysis and design of structures.
Q: How long have you worked at M&S?
A: Seven years.
Q: Share with us why you enjoy working at M&S?
A: There is a really supportive environment around you, here, they focus on people more than the monetary end.
Q: What does your workspace look like?
A: I prefer to use the table rather than the computer, though most work is done on the computer, these days. My office looks “efficient” – regarding the tools that are used on a daily basis.
Q: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
A: Hawaii, for the weather, ocean, and golf.
Q: What was your favorite show, growing up?
A: Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.
Q: What would people say you are good at?
A: Tennis and golf.
Q: If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
A: I would try to be more outgoing.
Q: When you think of the word, success, who comes to mind?
A: Keith Strimple.
Q: What book would you gift and why?
A: The Hunt for Red October, because it involves adventure, science and principles.
Q: What do you like to do outside the office?
A: Target shoot and golf. I love the outdoors, camaraderie, and guns, but I hate the kill, I was never a hunter.
